In collaboration with Dynamo Amsterdam, the Market Theater of the Dapper Market brings a theater workshop series for everyone from Amsterdam East who wants to (better) learn the ropes of theater. In the workshops you will receive training from our own creator Justin van der Veen in acting, comedy, text handling, improvisation and physical play. Everyone from 8 years and up is welcome. No experience is necessary.

Send an email to sean@markttheater.nl with your name, age and contact information. Sign up one day before the workshops. Be sure to join the entire series!

Who are we?
The Markttheater is a theater company that produces performances on the Dappermarkt. We make popular theater about small troubles and big politics from improvisations, journalistic research and collaborations with social partners. As part of the project De Piepleshow 2, Het Markttheater and Dynamo Amsterdam are developing workshops, meetings and a performance on the market with ensemble members and local residents.
